Notes: Muscle-ups were the best they've ever been. I've never done them in a timed environment. Strung three together at the beginning, and then went to singles for the rest. This was huge progress, but there's still a ton of room for improvement. Sit-ups were brutal on "Annie." I hit an absolute wall -- maybe the muscle-ups used more core than anticipated. The ring dips, of course, were terrible, especially after exhausting my arms on muscle-ups. Really interesting training session, though.
